The Online Ergonomic Questionnaire (OEQ) program provides office
based employees valuable Ergonomic Education via personalized
Ergonomic recommendations in an automated email report.
Recommendations are based specifically on individual responses
throughout the questionnaire.
Links can be set-up allowing employees to be directed to local facilities
departments to report the need to repair damaged equipment or
furniture if required.
Delta-Produced Ergonomic Video On Demand (VOD’s) and topic links
can be reviewed throughout the Complete OEQ report. A summary
report is also available providing concise recommendations in bullet
point form. The complete report explains why a particular change is
required to work habits/ equipment set up etc and also how it is made
to resolve the non conformity.
The OEQ is programmed to be country specific and has all relevant
ergonomic legislation questions that are pertinent to the particular for
which the employee is based. For example DSE legislative requirements
are different from Australian Standard 4442 requirements and so on,
so recommendations differ from one jurisdiction to the next.
The OEQ can be specifically programmed to suit your organisation’s
proactive approach so employees having any pain or discomfort
symptoms or other difficulties, can log a case with a designated HR or
OHS representative to request early assistance to save the possibility

of injury which may otherwise go unreported until it is too late. This
feature helps proactively identify pain, discomfort symptoms and/ or
injury cases early, thus helping reduce the number/ duration of Workers
Compensation cases and employee ‘down time’.. (which usually occurs
more often if there is a delay in the ability for employees to report an
issue that may become worse without early intervention).
A risk rating scale is shown in the complete OEQ report to demonstrate
graphically the degree of risk an employee may be exposed, to
help motivate self empowerment in managing their own ergonomic
requirements.
Individualised Video On Demand (VOD’S) segments are included for
each topic demonstrating such aspects as; correct chair adjustment,
suitable screen position, recommended data input device use etc.
Delta can generate statistics from the OEQ (monthly, quarterly and/ or
yearly) showing the number of OEQ respondents per country, state,
office location, department as required. These statistics are particularly
valuable to help flag issues such as unsuitable equipment or furniture
provision, or where extra education or HR/ OHS assistance may be
required to help employees deal with physical stress issues etc that
may be prevalent at any particular office location, in any particular
department etc, and over any given time period.
The OEQ program can be tailor-made for your organisation with your
Logo, colour scheme, OHS management system requirements etc. |
